Located just west of Philadelphia, the city
National Geographic Magazine calls the "Next Great City," there's simply
no end to the possibilities of a Cadient career centered around our nation's first Capitol. CNN Money agrees and rated
a Philadelphia suburb the #1 place to live in the country. The Philadelphia region has the greatest concentration of
life sciences, academic healthcare and technology in the country, if not the world. Cadient Group and Philadelphia are
the eDefinition of a great place to work!
There's no doubt about it, Cadient employees work hard, but we play hard, too, recognizing that our employees have talents
and interests beyond healthcare marketing, ranging from culinary to the philanthropic. We encourage these
extracurricular activities through several events throughout the year, including:
- Cadient Communications and Activities Committee (CAC)
The CAC was formed because corporate culture is an integral part of our company. This committee, comprised of volunteers
across all departments, plans monthly activities including the Philadelphia Sports Spirit Day, New Hire Meet and Greet,
Team Mini-Golf Tournament, our Chili Cook-Off (below) and philanthropic events; as well as annual off-site events such as
our holiday party and summer picnic.
- eDiablo! Cadient Chili Cook-off
Each fall, as the weather cools and visions of the Philadelphia Eagles winning the Super Bowl are reborn, Cadient hosts our
annual chili cook-off. Employees vie for the coveted distinction of "Best Chili," while those with chili palates vie for
judging rights. The crock pots steam and the Beano is available during this fun fall event.
- Cadient Coyotes Softball League
Cadient sponsors two co-ed recreational-level teams within the Philadelphia Sport and Social Club league. Games involve spirited
playing and cheering, with post-game gatherings at the nearby watering hole. No experience required to play ball!
- Philanthropy/Community Support
As a group we're very active in local, national and international community support to help those less fortunate:
Philadelphia Food Bank: In support of our local radio morning show annual Camp Out for Hunger food drive for the
Philadelphia Food Bank, Cadient collected food items for donation.
Breast Cancer Support: In honor of breast cancer awareness month, Cadient employees went Passionately Pink for the Cure
by donning pink clothing and participating in an online fundraising drive to show support, if they chose. In addition to working
with one of the leading breast cancer brands, many Cadient employees have personal relationships with those affected by breast cancer.
Charity Events:
In addition, Cadient sponsors the efforts of employees who participate in various charity-sponsored runs/walks throughout the
year, including melanoma, leukemia and lymphoma, and multiple sclerosis. Employees have the opportunity to donate toward these
causes as well, if they choose.
